We are very fortunate to not have been affected by the devastating earthquake in Japan. Until recently, our barley fields were in Kyushu, Japan, located more than 600 miles away from the nuclear plant. The area and finished products have been tested to ensure their safety and quality. After countless customer requests, we are now growing our organic barley grass in the USA.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (Chron’s disease sister illness) at the age of 23. During many years of pain, suffering, surgeries and basically no life, I made many major changes in the way I eat. Of course, reducing dairy products and becoming a almost vegetarian was an obvious move. Major surgeries put and end to my illness, but left me with a damaged body. In the past 7-8 years, it seemed like my energy levels flew down and I started gaining weight… even though I was really careful with what i ate. Menopause? Maybe… but at the end of 2010(at 48) I decided that I had to find the right food for my body… the super active, sport lover in me, couldn’t stand to look this way or even worst, feel this way. I started training more seriously, and became very serious about finding out new food and products that would boost this poor system that needed help badly. That’s when I discovered the Green Food products. I started making myself those wonderful shakes in the morning, with, of course GREEN MAGMA. It’s been about 3 months now that I use this product every day and I can already see the benefits. I sleep better, my energy is much higher and my skin looks healthier. I will be 50 in 2012, and the plan is to feel and to look better than ever!
